Physical Characteristics ↫
Ceitans are indistinguishable from Earth humans, women range from five-five to seven feet (1.65 to 2.1 meters) and men are from six to eight feet (1.80 to 2.4 meters). Their race resembles Spanish, Italian and American Indian heritages on Earth. Skin colors range from olive to brown, tan and reddish-brown.
Most of the Ceitan population are dark- or brown-haired. Although they are a fit race, some bodies are stockier than others. They have the same range of eye colors on Earth, but the most common on their world is royal blue.
Universal Origin ↫
Ceitans are from the Cetus constellation. Cetus is a constellation located in the southern sky. Its name comes from the Latin word for "whale" and it is often depicted as a sea monster or a giant sea creature in mythology.
In various cultures and mythologies, Cetus has taken on diverse forms and meanings. To some, it embodies the terrifying sea monster that threatened heroes on epic journeys, while to others, it symbolizes the enigmatic inhabitants of the cosmic deep.

Ceitans believe in the Cosmic Law of One. Part of the star nation code of ethics is to live by natural law. When one achieves direct knowing that they are a cocreator with the Creation, their sovereignty in the cosmos begins in a spark of light.
Ceitans vividly recall when their world was activated to full consciousness and the sublime feeling that came rushing into their hearts from the universal masses that assisted them.
They wholeheartedly stand by us as we transition to where they are consciously so we will come to know that feeling as well. The Ceitans are very heart-oriented, choosing love to reveal wisdom, allowing the inner spirit to guide them through life.
Cosmic Agenda ↫
The Ceitans believe, as all star nations do, that spiritual connectedness to the universe is the foundation of brotherly love, the glue that binds every star nation. As a galactic community, and as part of the Galacterian Alignment, they wish to share all they have learned with younger worlds.
Some of these teachings are released to Ceitan star seeds on Earth so they will make public who the Ceitans are: cosmic guidance counselors, our cosmic neighbors.
The Ceitans also release higher realm information into the global field of truth and trust. Think of this field as clear matter adorned with stars and when it comes down over the physical body, the energetic circuitry, the thought forms, interact with individual consciousnesses to bear fruitful ideas through intuition.

Ceitans use Galacterian motherships, starships, thought-ships, fleet ships and scout ships. All their craft and command centers use biological supercomputers.
They have learned how to harness cosmology the study of quasars and their pulses, which spans along with the rotation of the neutron star and incorporate it into their propulsion drives, allowing them to explore the interior of black holes.

Ceitans are fully conscious and sovereign beings. Their telepathic abilities are connected to their heart center, and heightened feelings are transferred with conversation through sensory levels of. It is a cellular telepathic connection that allows a window into the manifold body overlays of the conversationalists. Ceitans have multi-realm commandership. They are able to reassemble their physical bodies or any matter from one location to another through a molecular stimulation of light codes. They can sweep an entire civilization from one location to another.
Ceitans work from the sixth dimension on down into third densities, they align themselves to the spiritual intelligence of each dimension and they are assisting Earth's subtle reverberation into the next density.
